Historic 1889 Building

Fête - A Nectar Co is located in Spokane's most historic downtown building. Built shortly after the fire of 1889 the three story brick structure has soaring ceilings, massive brick archways, historical charm and modern design touches. Fête is the perfect venue for your next gathering or celebration. Our in house and exclusive catering company can provide a full range of services from light appetizers to full buffet or plated dinner service.

Venue Options

The Main Space

The main space of the Historic 1889 Building can be rented for $200 per hour with a three hour minimum. There is seating for 52 and occupancy for a mix and mingle event is approximately 80.

The Barrel Room

The barrel room is approximately 1000 square feet and can be rented for $100 per hour. There is seating for 32 and occupancy for a mix and mingle event is approximately 40.

Full Space Rental

The full space can be rented for $250 per hour with a three hour minimum. A full day (5 to 8 hours) is $1000. Rental rates include the staffing of one server. Additional charges may be added for renting of chairs, table cloths and other specific items to facilitate the event. Call of email to book (509)951.2096
